FAST-FOOD PROMOS
Many restaurants had toys for Pound Puppies over the years. Everything from plushies to books to mugs can be found. We'll list what we know when we find them!
Burger King
1986, Canada
This promo included a handled mug, two different sized cups, and a bowl.
Hardees
1986
Four different plush Newborns, each with a sown-on red satin collar.
1987
Five different plush Newborns, this time including two kittens. Each has a sown-on red satin collar.
Hardee's also had these Little Golden Books, not sure what year. Titles are: "Problem Puppies" "The Puppy Nobody Wanted" "Pick of the Litter" and "Kitten Companions"
Dairy Queen
1996 and 1997
Only one toy is known so far for 1996. It is a snack bowl puppy. For 1997 there are at least 7 known toys. The set includes 4 small Pound Puppy Figurines with small adoption paper inserts. The other 3 toys are: An Inflatable Pound Puppy Goof Ball, A Pound Puppies Dart Ball game, Pound Puppies Cardboard Magic Board (see below).
Long John Silvers

A complete set of 8 toys, all dog figures, the same as the Weetos cereal figures that were released in the UK.
